Returns within 14 days
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to return an item
Email us at info@dndgifts.co.ke or call 0706 361 393 within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. Once our customer service team approves the return, bring or send the item, together with your proof of purchase, to:
DnD Gifts, Queensway House, Kaunda Street, Nairobi
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. You are responsible for any shipping costs for returning an item. Returns sent without first contacting us, or without proof of purchase, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Partial refunds
Items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may only qualify for a partial refund.
Items that can’t be returned
- Perishable goods such as flowers, cakes and other food items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Some health and personal care items
