Our refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order at info@dndgifts.co.ke of your intention to return your purchase. After approval from our Customer Service team, you will have 14 days to return your purchase, along with proof of purchase, to the following address –

The item(s) must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item.
Should you return an item without first notifying us or without proof of purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to be credited back to your account.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, if applicable.
